before confirming any transaction on any platform.
3. Service Provision:
The service of Projekt B A D A S S is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either explicitly stated or implied. It is imperative that end-users acknowledge that they use all digital assets at their own risk.
1. Ownership:
Upon minting a B A D A S S NFT, you gain ownership of the underlying digital collectible, which is mediated entirely through the Smart Contract on the blockchain. Ownership is transferred upon a successful transaction confirmation on the network.
2. Personal Use License:
B A D A S S NFT Hodlers are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased collectible for both personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may also list or de-list the collectible in NFT marketplaces or other platforms that support the blockchain, provided that these platforms can cryptographically verify each owner’s rights to ensure that only the actual owner can list or de-list the collectible.
The collectible can be used on third-party websites or applications under similar verification conditions, while ensuring that the collectible is no longer visible once the owner of the NFT leaves the website or application.
3. Commercial Use License:
Owners are permitted to use, copy, and display the minted collectible for the purpose of creating derivative works or other commercial uses not explicitly stated here. This includes the production and sale of B A D A S S merchandise such as T-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, mugs, etc., featuring the collectible.
Owners may operate or participate in NFT marketplaces or platforms that support NFTs, ensuring these sites or applications verify ownership rights cryptographically, similar to the verification conditions for personal use.
The Projekt B A D A S S team does not assume liability for any potential financial losses or damages arising from the use of our platform, the blockchain, nor from transaction failure, mismanagement of blockchain assets, nor unverified transactions.
The Projekt B A D A S S team reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our digital platform. Your continued use of the digital platform after any such changes shall unequivocally constitute your consent to such immediate changes.
